All memberships here at Rochester Health Club are fully inclusive with no time or facility restrictions. We host Kent's largest gym and can support any training style.

FREE PERSONAL TRAINING WITH EVERY MEMBERSHIP

​

Included in your membership, we offer a FREE 1-2-1 with a Personal Trainer every 6 weeks! We have a team of highly qualified personal trainers that you can book in with to gain knowledge and confidence when working out in the Gym. This level of support will really help with your motivation, confidence and progression and aid you in achieving your fitness goals! Our Gym floor is always staffed with instructors to help you with any questions you have about your program or equipment.

SWIM AND SPA

​

We have a fantastic pool facility with poolside Steam Room, Sauna and Jacuzzi - perfect for your recovery. There is also an additional Sauna's in the Male and female changing facilities - perfect for a bit of extra privacy. The water in the pool is saline based so does not host the harsh chemicals found in a traditional chlorine pool. Our pool is 1.3 metres in depth all the way across so rehabilitation work such as walking exercises can be carried out with ease along with swimming.

 

Throughout the week, our pool is strictly adults-only, meaning you can have a nice relaxing swim. We offer complementary swimming for members with children 12 and under between the hours of 2-5pm on Saturdays and 3-6pm on Sundays.

GROUP EXERCISE

Our extensive class timetable is packed with both  high and low impact classes. All of our classes are included in your membership with no additional costs and most importantly – there is no need to book to attend! We host a fantastic state of the art virtual reality spin studio offering virtual reality classes along with instructor lead classes.
